Wilma Hibbard Walker, 87 of Etowah, passed away Wednesday, May 11, 2016 at her residence. She was the daughter of the late Henry and Sophia Johnson Hibbard.

Wilma was preceded in death by her parents listed above, husband Kenneth A. Walker (Red), 2 sisters and 4 brothers: Leo and Evelyn Hibbard, John and Lilly Hibbard, Morris and Jean Hibbard, L.C. Hibbard, Thelma and Les Morrison, Venia and Johnny Lawhorn and a special nephew, Larry Lawhorn.

Survivors include her children and spouse; the twins; Kenneth A. Walker Jr. and Sophia Walker, and Jeff and Melanie Walker, grandsons; Andy and Alex Walker, and her loving companion; Mr. Babe.

Graveside Service will be held at 9:00 a.m., Friday, May 13, 2016 at McMinn Memory Gardens. Layspeaker Dennis Bordwine will be officiating. The family will receive friends from 5:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m., Thursday, May 12, 2016 in the North Chapel of Bordwine Funeral Home. Nicholas Martin, Alex Walker, Kenneth A. Walker Jr., Jeff Walker, and Sophia Walker will serve as pallbearers. Interment will follow the service on Friday.
