Zelma Fay Hamilton Johnston of Englewood, TN passed away at her home on Tuesday, January 17, 2023.

She was of the Methodist faith.  She enjoyed her 40 years at Cracker Barrel meeting people and making lots of new friends.

She is preceded in death by her parents, James Arthur and Eva Filyaw Hamilton; husband, Sammie Johnston.

She is survived by her cousins, Bill Hamilton of Madisonville and Arnold Hamilton of Athens; special cousins and caregivers, Linda Bowers and husband, Shane Patterson, Lucas Atkins, Trae Atkins, Lisa Brooks, Betty Brooks, Sandra Brooks; daughters by heart, Lisa Crabtree and Teresa Solomon; special friends, Teresa and Brittany Lashley; her beloved cat, LittleBit; several extended cousins and friends.

A graveside service will be held at Chestua Campground Cemetery on Friday, February 10, 2023 at 2:00 p.m. with Pastor Angela Akers officiating.
